I’ve lead teams through simple and complex projects. My vast experience allows me to quickly assess the project and help you move in the right direction.

I have the unique ability to take your project from idea to fruition, leading you through all the development process phases. I’ve led clients from idea to entity formation, financing, entitlements, construction, real estate lease negotiation, and through the sale or disposition of their projects. My unique understanding also comes from personally investing in real estate projects and appreciating the process.

General Counsels + CEO’s

Whether you have an in-house counsel or not, I’m able to come alongside your team and help them with specific projects. If you do not have an in-house counsel, I can serve as your “outside, in-house counsel” to help you get where you want to go.
